I have a 48 foot cargo trailer with 30 feet of cargo and 18 ft of living area. We pull the trailer with a Ford F359 diesel. This all aluminum trailer was made to haul Harleys,Furniture,Both Big and Small items! My Girlfriend has experience working for a resoration company where they packed and moved people out from fire and water damaged Homes and Businesses.
