The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Prior to accepting the tps bid, we sent 2 e-mails to get an estimated delivery time, but he nver returned our e-mails. After accepting the tps kept giving excuses about his truck being in the " shop ". I accepted the exuse on 2 occassions, but after the 5th time I sent 2 e-mails to cancel and that we would be using a different tps. He never called or responded to our e-mails. What a joke! Uship has never reponded to our e-mails about our " deposit refund either. We will never use Uship again.

Marcin was fantastic! In spite of huge mechanical difficulties, he kept me informed and delivered the furniture (using great ingenuity) in fantastic condition on the original date of delivery. Highly recommended! He is caring, responsible and respectful. Thank you, Marcin.

I'm a lawyer and very picky, but Marcin was great! Everything went smoothly from the time he accepted the bid to when he delivered my dining table. I would highly recommend him. He is professional, timely and communicative and you can rest easy knowing your delivery is in good hands.
