No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Personally contacted the shipper on several occassions. He could not determine if the items could be picked up before August 27th. He suggeted August 29th or 30th without providing a confirmation on date or time, days at which I will be out of the city. Shipper mentioned would contact me by 8/25. Due to not being able to confirm, need to seek a different shipping method. thank you! will certainly use uship again in more flexible cirmunstances.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I specifically posted my information for a June 27 move out. The mover, for some reason, submitted a bid declaring he could move me out on July 1 rather than June 27, like I asked. He submitted that information in the bid details, and assuming the mover knew I needed to leave on the 27th, I accepted the bid not know that he was referring to the 27th. The situation was one giant miscommunication.
