I had problems starting the pick up day. Coontinous delays, the car and the bike are still in the ocean and I'm not sure I'll see them again. They don't respond to e-mail and they have always new excuses. please do not use their service, better to pay more money and have everything shipped as planned. I'll probably sew them.

it is regretable that this shipping despite our effort to provide A+ service turned out this way.Trucking company assigned to pick both SUV and bike could only pick the SUV.It took weeks before we could get another trucker to get Bike to port.unfortunately,we missed the cut of date twice. the good news is that the cargo arrived destination safely.Though late ,but safe.
