Had a previous pick up that I had to call another shipper because they never called to make pick up. So they have my $300 and I have no service. 3/17/2006	Service Provider	Negative	GraemeW (0)	I was told that my motorcycle would be picked up within the week and that the truck was on the way. when I called over a week later they said that it hadnt been dispatched yet. These people have absolutely no idea what is going on. The receptionist has no information - they dont return calls. if they got their act together they could well be good - but my advice to you is keep on looking if you want your shipment any time soon. sorry to leave negative feedback - better luck next time View Listing Response from ltlexpress: receptionist would not have dispatch information. company recovering from theft of shipment by old dispatcher who went into business with his friends useing ltlexpress documents and name. Don't do business with DJshipping which I've been told is Harley Dodds new company.
3/13/2006	Service Provider	Negative	oldcarloverantiquecars (1)	I was told that if I accepted the bid he would pick up when I wanted. Carrier did not pick up for a week and for the last 3 days would not even reply to my e-mails requesting information. After a weel I had to re-list my shipment because it needed to be moved as soon as possible which was in my listing from the start. I would not use this carrier unless you have written commitment for service from them....it seems bad but even if there was a problem he could have replied to me at the very least View Listing Response from ltlexpress: Good day! I believe that who ever you are that likes to put feedback on a non exesting shipment...that this company has no shipment listed in our accepted uship list. that if you look at the member date of 3-06-06 and his/her complaint date you will see. this will be reported to uship.....
