The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider inititally had believed she would be able to fulfill the agreement, though it would be well after date she had originally indicated, and that was fine with me. After she was then caught up in Vermont during a storm, she indicated she felt badly and would make my delivery for free when she returned, an offer I said was not necessary. She insisted she still wanted to make the delivery. I have attempted to contact her several times since, and have not reached her. Since it'
