He is getting the raw end of a deal. Due to me losing some other shipments I am no longer able to do this shipment. Thank you

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider agreed to pick up the shipment and deliver to me no later than Sept. 12. The reason I accepted his bid was his commitment to this time frame. When he failed to meet that date, he promised to pick up and deliver the shipment no later than Sept. 19. When he informed me on Sept. 16, after numerous inquiries from me, that it would be yet another week before he could deliver the shipment, I am forced to cancel. The shipment must be picked up by Sept. 22.
