The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I am concerned at this point about the reliability of this company as when they did not show up Friday, I was told they were delayed because of truck repair, on Saturday they did not show up and they said they were still on the road from Vegas, on Sunday I get a message 2 hours AFTER they were to have arrived saying they have a broken down truck. They sent a message through their "office manager" and said their phone was in a "dead zone" I am really annoyed! I have had to reschedule my life and

Hello loreacymoses, we apoligize again for the anxiety that we cause you on your delivery. We had two alternators failures and fried batterys on this trip. We felled like quitting on the route, but we perserve. Once the truck was repaired, I bought a prepaid phone to call you to apoligize for the cancellation. And after we spoke we agreed to completed the delivery. Thanks for giving us a second chance to delivery your Piano. God Bless You, Don.
