These guys are great, we had a lot of stuff to get rid of and they saved the day. Very hard workers, this is the second time we have worked with them and both times were very positive. Nothing was damaged in the move.

positive experience overall. movers are thorough and extremely careful with belongings. They underestimated the size of the move and required a couple of extra days to get the job done, however i would use them again and just ensure they understand scope of the move before starting the job.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I called the numbers and someone picked up the phone that didn't understand me. Was confused about Uship. Kept saying "Uship? Uship?" and said "I'll call you back" and hung up on me. I am not comfortable with this company. Thank you, Arlene Tur

As per my request the driver must had to picked the shipment beetwen 9am & 5 pm. The shipment was supposed to be delivered to the LA port and no delay was acceptable. On the the next day I found that he is unable to make the pick up before 5 pm and he is not sure that the delivery will be done as I requested. Over the phone I ask to receive my deposit back but the guy refused. The communication was very hard since the driver doesn't speak english. Never received my money back. Very disapointed.

We didn't get your confirmation until shipping day. can't be done same day from la to las vegas. you willing to cancle it. and the deposit is charged by USHIP, not by us. we can't refund you
