BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!!!!! These guys run a scam, that is like this..They tell you they are going to pick up the car, just paypal the money. They then send a tow truck to pick up the car, however the tow company stores the car while this *so-called* shipping company does not pick up the car, and they never do. The tow yard racks up the storage charges, you have to go claim the car, pay the yard storeage charges, and the shipping company ignores your phone calls via caller id. It's a SCAM!!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I paid for the shipping and the service provider has declared bankruptcy and has my scooter stored in a depot at the origin. I must now arrange new shipping and I am out the full price of the first estimate.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider was paid in advance and supposed to pick up my shipment on December 2, 2008, but never did. I was notified by email on December 23, 2008 that the provider was filing for bankruptcy and therefore was never going to pick up the shipment (or return my money!) Please refund my deposit at least! Thank you.

Localautodirect had a tow company pick my car and store it. They never picked the car up and sat for 25 days in storage with over $1200 fees. After lot of shouting, John Russell arranged another shipper to bring my car but I had to bail the car from the storage. He later paid me storage fees and fees for the new shipper. Chuck Russell agreed to refund my initial payment and uship fees and to this date full amount has not been refunded. These two people are scamming really good. BE AWARE,SCAMMERS

They picked up car and left it in a storage yard after they told me it was on a truck on its way to me they lied. Flew out and picked it up myself and drove it back myself. Said they would refund money still waiting for a couple of months. Last told check was in the mail will not return or take my calls or emails now. Am reporting to police and other authorities I was instructed to contact by uShip I will get my money and they will get what they have coming. EVERYONE BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have listen to my gut feeling when these scam artist took my money ($400) and never picked up my car. They had no problem answering the phone til they got my money. Then sends bogus emails agreeing to refund. Now there supposedly in bankruptcy...They need to go to prison for what there doing.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I have tried to contact them through email and telephone, no answer. Then I get an email telling me they went bankrupt...forcing me to go through legal obligations to recieve my 1500 back. Cars were suppose to be delivered in OCT!

Scam Artist took my money ($800) and never delivered my Mack truck for over three months. Didn't answer phone calls. Now the storage company he left the truck with wants me to pay $1500 for towing and storage fees for a Truck I haven't even received.

My God, I wish I had read the feedback before I contracted these thieves! BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! picked up my bike then haven't answered phones in weeks, been 1.5 months, finally called the local police, who told me I'm not the first to call. status: having to pay towing company to release, hire new shipper. WARNING!!
