The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I had direct contact with Mr. Charles Russell about shipping this item and confirmed it. I also paid for this shipment in advance. He waited to pick it up till the last minute, and then ended up having a local tower take it to their yard, and store it under his name. He left it there, and never came to pick it up, and it has been gaining storage charges every day since then to the tune of close to 2000 dollars. He filed for bankruptcy, and that is not even the worst part. He told me it was

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Wanted payment in full PRIOR to picking up the vehicle! I paid the deposit for Uship with Paypal and have submitted a dispute directly. After I refused to pay for shipping UPFRONT, my phone calls and emails were never answered so I drove 2,200 miles roundtrip and picked up the Suburban MYSELF!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period My vehicle was never delivered, localautodirect already refunded my money, I would like to receive reimbursement from Uship for the following: on 11/14/08 I was charged 136.90 after accepting localautodirect's bid. I was also charge $6.95 for prominent placement of my ad on uship.com. I already reposted the ad and payed another $6.95.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider was paid in advance and supposed to pick up my shipment on December 2, 2008, but never did. I was notified by email on December 23, 2008 that the provider was filing for bankruptcy and therefore was never going to pick up the shipment (or return my money!) Please refund my deposit at least! Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have tried to contact them through email and telephone, no answer. Then I get an email telling me they went bankrupt...forcing me to go through legal obligations to recieve my 1500 back. Cars were suppose to be delivered in OCT!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Do NOT use this shipper! They took my money, promising to pick up my motorcycle within by 12/1/2008 and deliver it by 12/6/2008. Instead, they never picked up the bike, failed to answer their phone or e-mails; worst possible outcome, please save yourself the time and trouble. It is now 3 weeks later, I have no motorcycle, and am out $400... This company is a fraud, I will be suing them and reporting to the Better Business Bureau; don't make my mistake, DO NOT USE LOCAL AUTO DIRECT!
