I paid this idiot to ship my car and he winds up farming it out to someone else who has sent me bill after bill after bill!!! It took 5 weeks and it was promised in two!

I have payed $2200 to John Russell to pick up the car in Utah and send it to France. I have waited 3 months for nothing because he says me over the phone that all was right...But finally after contacting all towing companies in Utah the car has been picked up and stored by a towing company near where I bought the car in Utah. Very bad experience. 3 months lost and $2200 lost. I have sent a complaint against John Russell in AR to the Consumer Protection Division. Paypal don't refund your money.

I am so glad that this company is no longer a member of uShip. When I accepted their bid, payment was demanded immediately, which they got. I waited over two months for delivery. When I received the jeep, because of their ineptness, I was offered a refund of 1/2 of my payment. I had to continually call for the refund, an echeck was finally deposited into my PayPal account which subsequently failed to clear and now noone will answer my calls or return my emails. Totally a worthless outfit!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!!!!! These guys run a scam, that is like this..They tell you they are going to pick up the car, just paypal the money. They then send a tow truck to pick up the car, however the tow company stores the car while this *so-called* shipping company does not pick up the car, and they never do. The tow yard racks up the storage charges, you have to go claim the car, pay the yard storeage charges, and the shipping company ignores your phone calls via caller id. It's a SCAM!!

This shipper took a full payment up front and never delivered the bike. Disappeared. Left the bike at a shipping company down the road from original pickup and I had to make other shipping arrangements. Never got money back. He's a thief.

Services were not completed as stated. that is a misrepresentation. he hired a third party to pick up the vehicle to get me off his back for pickup and then a month later I find out it is sitting at a tow yard collecting storage fees!!! His account is suspended, obviously I'm not the only one who has a problem with this guy.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I had direct contact with Mr. Charles Russell about shipping this item and confirmed it. I also paid for this shipment in advance. He waited to pick it up till the last minute, and then ended up having a local tower take it to their yard, and store it under his name. He left it there, and never came to pick it up, and it has been gaining storage charges every day since then to the tune of close to 2000 dollars. He filed for bankruptcy, and that is not even the worst part. He told me it was

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Wanted payment in full PRIOR to picking up the vehicle! I paid the deposit for Uship with Paypal and have submitted a dispute directly. After I refused to pay for shipping UPFRONT, my phone calls and emails were never answered so I drove 2,200 miles roundtrip and picked up the Suburban MYSELF!

I was also charge $6.95 for prominent placement of my ad on uship.com. I already reposted the ad and payed another $6.95.

They took my money, promising to pick up my motorcycle within by 12/1/2008 and deliver it by 12/6/2008. Instead, they never picked up the bike, failed to answer their phone or e-mails; worst possible outcome, please save yourself the time and trouble. It is now 3 weeks later, I have no motorcycle, and am out $400... This company is a fraud, I will be suing them and reporting to the Better Business Bureau; don't make my mistake, DO NOT USE LOCAL AUTO DIRECT!
