I accepted his bid even though it was more because he could pick it up earlier than others. After I sent deposit, he kept delaying pick up. After 1 month, I finally corner him on a pick up date, then the next day he cancelled the bid! Without refunding my money for 2 weeks, I finally had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back, not to mention find another shipper to ship my trailer on short notice. This person cost me hundreds and is basically a con artist. DO NOT TRUST AT ALL!!!!!

Where are you??!! You were supposed to arrive yesterday but never came, and worse, never called to explain why! Today is almost over and still no movers and no call. The number you gave me is disconected - how do I even know you are still coming? The lease on my apartment is over tomorrow and I have non-refundable tickets to fly to my new home on June 27th. Do I wait and see if you show up tomorrow or do I hire new movers? I will change this feedback if you make this situation right.

I gave the shipper a $400 deposit the first of April. After much delay, he said he would pick up the bike no later than the first of June, and did not. I have not heard back from him since. He has not responded to my request for a refund of my money or any emails. I want my deposit back. He offered a retraction at one point and I declined it because he said he had no money at that point and would deliver the bike eventually. Apparently that is not the case, so I accept the retraction.

like dog ate my homework, some you never heard. I was in no hurry for shipping, but after 2 months they cancelled. Most importantly, STILL waiting for my $200 deposit refund. I made my paypal deposit within a couple of hours of the bid acceptance, expected the same courtesy in return. Oh yeh!, they are very good and quick with comebacks on negative feedback. My name is not dick or dickhead. Cant wait for their reply to this.

Shipper gave me a great bid (maybe too good). After some communication confirming dates I provided a $1250 deposit (50%). Loadrunners then retracted for various reasons. That was fine with me but their refund was only $538. I'm still awaiting the remaining $712 after more than 2 weeks. USE CAUTION!

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's hard given the lack of communication. They accepted my bid, then send a retraction saying the equipment brokedown. Then never replied to my query as to keeping the job but doing it once equip was fixed. It's been 2 weeks with nothing from them. My PayPal deposit has not been refunded either. Now there are comments on the UShip listing saying they are out of business. Would you please contact me and let me know what is going on?!?!
