Very nice and personable. Unable to schedule exact times until the last minute, however, they were very accomodating. Waited until the pick up and drop off contacts could be present.
Response from SpecialtyTransport:
Specialty Transport and shipper had an exact time of pick up set several days before pick up was made. Our schedule changed and we wanted to pick up this shipment early but shipper could not accomadate an early pick up. We took our time getting to pick up location and waited for 4 hours for the customer to get home. We were waiting for the shipper and picked up Armoire on exact time and day that had been set for several days. Delivered 1 day early.
