This was a difficult arrangement due to many people involved, and human emotion. It took an extra week to acquire the cat, and was by then an inconvenience. Shipment was completed, Cathy appeared satisfied with the kittys condition upon arrival. She was easy to work with and communicated well. The organizer of this shipment I have only dealt with via email, and would have liked to have had a phone number for direct contact. That was the biggest problem with this shipment-lack of communication.

What an easy and delightful experience with this A#1/A+++++ shipper. She was the central coordinator for a remote pickup and remote delivery, and it went so smoothly, thanks to her great communication, etc. Paid as promised. Hi little Bandit/Henry(?). Meow!
