The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The Service Provider's truck blew the transmission, and they had to cancel the contract as they could not meet the agreed to delivery timeframe.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have emailed now 15 times and called over 10 times. The Service provider refuses to respond, instead a fraudulent group of people from Great Falls Montana have called and left threatening and harassing phone calls on my cell phone. They have attempted to commit identity theft.
This group stole a customers car and drove it over 3500 miles beyond the oil change period when they contracted to transport it via an enclosed trailer.
It would be apprecieated if someone anyone would contact me

The only person that SHOULD contact you should be your shrink!!! That's why we cancelled. You need professional help and I don't mean the shipping kind. You are nutts and customers like you we don't need!!

FANTASTIC experience with excellent communication! Alex and his wife took the utmost care in shipping my bikes, and treated everything as if it was their own. Scheduling was simple, no problems at all, they delivered my bikes on-time, and no damage at all. They do this for a living, think through potential problems in advance, and know what hey are doing. It really took a lot of pressure off of me! I will use them in the future for everything, and they are great and very friendly people!
