LLOYD RENEGED ON OUR CONTRACT AND SCREWED ME OUT OF $150. He picked up my scooter but then called and said that he had mechanical problems in "Carolina" and had no delivery date. Scooter, however, somehow ended up in Ashley, OH. Weeks passed. I had to take off work, fly from FL to OH, rent car ($81 with gas), and get scooter myself! Scooter had $200 damage to fender. Lloyd promised refund $150 in June 08 but I haven't seen a penny and he won't answer calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!

Great service--picked up and delivered right on time,in good condition, and very careful to cause no damage to moving very heavy objects out/in. Kept us informed right up to delivery time and very courteous. I would use this shipper anytime.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After the bid was accepted I scheduled a shipment around the trailer and was unable to contact the shipper. Heard from shipper on the 27th and told him I was coming back to the area on the 1st or 2nd of july and asked him to update me by the end of the week as to the status of the trailer. have had no further communication from the shipper after trying to contact by phone on the 29th

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I paid for item in full and then the man cancelled so I went and picked it up myself. Its been weeks now and he has still not refunded me my money. I will not cancel aggreement until I am refunded. Thanks

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time This item is extremely delicate (all glass) and I don't feel the shippers equipment will suffice for shipping and handling. (pick-up truck)

If this concern had been addressed by the shipper at any point the cancellation could have been processed more quickly and I would not have lost the monetary investment necessary to arrive in the area for pick up.
