We got there and he thought he already paid us which everything is shipped COD through U-Ship. So he got upset then he said that his dog was cold that was inside the truck with us, how could that be? I think once he took his dog out of our truck the 11 degree temp made him cold! We took really good care of his sweet dog and had to stop more often because his dog refused to do his business at times. But all and all the dog and I had a wonderful time and he ended up paying us.

You guys messed up. Just be mature about it. You saw the dogs were shivering cold when i arrived. Im sure you took great care of him otherwise. He was clean and fed but he was still freezing. There are 100 things you could do to fix the problem but instead you lie about it. I paid you fair and square, next time move the dogs to the front of the truck or buy a small heater. Im sure you are nice people but this is just unacceptable. A live animal should not be transported in the back of a truck fo
