Response from llabudie:
United Road requires all carriers to supply current DOT authority, Auto liability and cargo insurance. We are a regulated Carrier as well as a brokerage and follow DOT guidelines. Carriers wishing to haul product for United Road must meet these requirements. Refusal to supply adiquate information will result in cancellation. Carriers wishing assistance in compliance can reach United Road via the Uship process.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I can not make contact with the shipper. He hasn't returned messages. Also U-ship has cancelled the listing as being "invalid" when I tried to retreive shipping details
