I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
This customer was unable to be contacted over several attempts at communication
It really doesnt matter what there previous track record was, point being,
they did not respond to our attempt to complete the shipping for them.
They left a negative and now are trying to cancel after leaving the negative.
They should have canceled in the first place.
I ask Uship to reject their cancellation on the grounds that there only intention is to recoup their deposit on which they were happy to lose w

All of my uship contact information is current. There have been no changes to my email or other contact numbers since I joined uship. Unlike the cancelled porvider I do depend on feedback when choosing a shipper. I should have considered the feedback rating of this user more carefully. I don't know what was so aggrievous about wanting to recover my deposit after all, this deal was never consummated. I would still like to see the emails I allegedly recieved. Alas, one bad apple...
