The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Ljshipping did not reach me as per schedule. They did not even get in touch with me to inform their non-show. It was extremely frustrating to call their number and not get a reply. They got in touch with me the next day on 16th November afternoon to inform about a trailer breakdown however by then I had already scheduled someone else. I found them quiet unreliable. We have mutually agreed to cancel this order and receive the deposit back from uship.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have been trying to reach this service provider for two weeks, they have not reponded to email and their phone is out of service.
They have not turned up to pick up the car as agreed.

Overall my experience with this service provider was OK. There was a real problem with communication; after accepting their bid it was over a week before I heard from them despite many phone calls and emails. Once on the road they never called to update me on how my cats were doing. I had to initiate all communication. Despite the poor communication, their bid was a lot lower than most others and my cats arrived to their destination fine.

Lawrence and Eric arrived to pick up my shipment of boxes a few days late; however, they did show up at the designated time after they called. Polite and nice, the men loaded the boxes and told me when I could expect delivery at their destination. Their bid was reasonable and they even resubmitted the bid when I asked them to. I would hire them again. I wish them good luck with uShip.

The items were to be delivered by last Sunday Nov 17, 07. I emailed them and tried calling them as to when they can schedule the pickup, there has been no response. Now the phone # is also out of service

Response from ljshipping: we were pulling a custemers trailer and it broke we were late and tried to keep in touch. thier was no one in wa. at the pick up. he wanted us to wait 2days we have other deliveries and couldnt wait he got mad.we told him it could be in a few days later
