Shipment was delivered as promised & in perfect condition! Pick-up was slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but Mr. Johnson was good about keeping us informed. He is a very nice person & a pleasure to work with. Given the opportunity, we would gladly contract with him again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider had vehicle problems and was unable to pick up furniture at arranged time.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Shipper is unable to accommodate a move on the first, and said they would be able to do it on the third or the fourth. The latest I can move is on the first, so unfortunately I must rescind my deposit and cancel my agreement.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I made several attempts to contact the service provider with no response. Would not respond to emails, and phone numbers are disconnected. I waited 2 weeks before canceling.

They were very unreliable. They didn't show up on time at all. They showed up with a camper trailer instead of a moving trailer. They were very slow and it took them 3 days to load instead of 1 day like they told me and 7 days to get to my home instead of 2 days they lied to us. They damaged my things and stole tools from us. Beware of them. We have been in contact with Uship. Will never do business with them again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I cannot reach ljshipping since Dec 3rd till now. I've made numerous calls to both of their phone numbers but always no response. I've sent email to them as well. It is frustrated and today is already Dec 10th. I have to move my things out of current apt by th end of this month. I cannot wait any more.

The goods arrive safely, they were nice and courteous. However, I must say that they should work on their timeliness and communication with their customer, in keeping the customer inform on when they are picking up and delivering the goods.

This service provider did not show up and had not responded to my call despite of my numerous attempt. No reason given and no communication whatsoever. Very unprofessional.
