It was indeed not required and yet very appreciated. I was personally impressed by the extra degree of care you gave by delivering our car to our door with no large transport truck out front. Excellent service and price! Communication was very timely and professional. In addition to very professional treatment, Howard also was very personal in that he took me to the airport before loading the car. When our car arrived at its destination, he parked the large transport vehicle outside our neighborhood and drove our car to our door. Paperwork was complete, we viewed the condition of our car, which was perfect, and signed paperwork. Everything was complete within a few minutes.
