I have been a pet transporter for five years, but I am relatively new to uship. I have 30 plus years experience in animal handling including livestock, dogs, cats, birds, goats, pigs and reptiles. I started out shipping my own Great Dane puppies, then moved into volunteer shipping with local Great Dane rescues and then moved on to professional shipping for a variety of pets. Until recently it was part time but I am now shipping as my full time job. I stop every 4 hours to let pets take a break from the car and offer them water. I offer food twice a day unless the pet medically requires full time food available and that can be arranged. I have nursing experience and can give shots if the pet requires it (i.e. diabetic dogs or cats). Pets with health concerns require a health certificate to travel. I do travel with my one year old daughter.

I feel bad because I am just now leaving feedback but I guess better late than never! Well I am still very satisfied with Lillian's job transporting my dog down here! She kept me updated the whole time and was very caring. I knew I could trust her when she came to my house to pick my pup up! Roxy came back with everything she left with and was a very happy puppy. She got to see states that I have yet to see so all in all I rate this EXCELLENT!!! If I ever need a service again I'll return!!!

They Delivered my Puppy on Christmas Eve, it was early in the morning and they were fighting off a snow storm. Obviously a dedicated team and I couldnt have asked for more. They made me the hero of Christmas day and I feel like I owe them a huge Thank you!! Definately a 10 out of 10 type of service!

It was a pleasure working with liljones. She and her husband were very kind and understood my stress. They stayed in contact with me and my loving Bull-mastiff was delivered on time and in good spirits. They ran into car trouble, but they did not allow that to affect the delivery time and date of my pup. I don't think my dog liked being in the crate for that amount of time or the smelly dogs, but she was healthy and happy when she arrived in Texas. Thanks again to liljones and family!

The preperation and shipment of our two cat's like most things was not without some difficulties. All the difficulties were easily worked out and considered by the shipper. We were even offered some special consideration at no additional charge prior to being able to get things back on track. Lilian was always professional and showed concern and dedication in getting things done to our approval. We were very pleased with the outcome and I would recommend using their services again! Great job

This was my first time using USHIP, but my buyer was as anxious as any new puppy parents to get their puppy ASAP. Lillian placed the bid and came thru at a very convenient time. I am a chaotic person and Lillian and Steve were so sweet and flexible. I forgot to text them my address they said no problem and came 3 days later! I just got my chocolate lab this morning and he was happy and healthy. He smelled like all the other dogs so he must have had fun rolling around with them. :) Great price and great contact throughout the whole trip from PA to CO. Honestly, some of the kindest people I have met. I have no problem trusting them with other shipments in the future.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Lillian Jones was to transport a dog to Midland Virginia for me. She picked the dog up but never got him to his owner. She lost him in Alexandria Virgina. This is devastating to everyone involved.

Customer did not advise that the dog had hearing issues and was developing cataracts. Dog was found. Customer refused to answer phone when I called after finding out about hearing issues. Customer was not owner of dog and did not have full knowledge of health conditions. Nor did the customer know that the dog was unsocialized. The pet bolted when overhead lights blinded it; he slipped out of a collar that the customer provided.
