Phone support was good. Due to short time available I had to drop off at nearest fedex location, but the transaction went smooth. Will use their service again. He called soon after the bid acceptance to setup a pickup time. He arranged for insurance and even got a lower price than initially quoted. Showed up on time for pickup, and helped with loading. Delivery coordination was good - accommodated to my client's request for delivery late in evening and called me after delivery to confirm. Skip is a genuine person, completed my shipment very professionally.
