NIGHTMARE. ITEMS LOST, NO EFFORT TO MAKE AMENDS. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Drivers tried to charge more when item picked-up. 3 Doors to my antique furniture lost and delivered to another client, never found. Owner told me that doors would be replaced but he did not follow through and did not return last 2 phone calls. Will try to sue for breach of verbal agreement in small claims court but as defendant out of state I may have a hard time. What a headache. It will cost me 500 dollars to replace!

Would not provide me with a written contract, and then tried to charge me more. Also, poor communication between main office and drivers and movers. However, I ended up paying what I expected to and my things arrived safely.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved They showed up in the wrong size requested truck and then said it would be more...much more. They claim I didn't tell them all what was being moved and I told them to check their Uship account to see that I did explain all the "extra" stuff included for the move and told them I needed a 53' trailer. They said it was more than a one bedroom and I replied "that's correct...that's why I listed my title the way I did and included the additional info. Anyway, I did all this a month before we needed t
