Excellent haulers! Very flexible and communication was great. Tracking was easy and I knew to the minute when my precious cows would arrive. They arrived after a 36 hour journey looking great, healthy, and happy w/ no signs of stress. We saw the haulers handle another horse on the same load with great care. Traler was clean and safe. Thank you Pancho and Missy! We'll definitely use you if a future need arrises.

My horse received an injury during the transport, but the delivery was very prompt

Wow...sorry you decided to leave this feedback more than two years after completion...your horse was injured because he was blind and hit his eye in the trailer..this was no fault of ours! You have successfully taken the Uship feedback process to a whole new level...unfortunatly the whole truth is NEVER told by customers...shame on you!
