The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
We called the customer a week before we were due to pick up her shipment to ask if she would be ready. The customer let us know that due to her current circumstances, she didn't want her items shipped at the scheduled date. We are currently unable to reach this customer and we would like to cancel this shipment. Thank you
