A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
An unfortunate circumstance arose here in Wa. And I wasn't going to be able to be here when the transport came my way. There would also be no one in Co. where the horse is currently located. BUT! Randy was a pleasure to work with and very quick to reply to all my questions and comments. I hope that when things get better here, I can get him to transport my horse. Thanks for everything Randy!

Randy was Fantastic. He called me every step of the way and let me know how much progress he was making. My filly was in great shape when she stepped off the trailer, Happy & Healthy! He took great care of her. I highly recommend Randy and WILL most certainly use him again :)

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Mr. Hooper of Hooper's Bit and Boardn bid on my shipment and I accepted his offer. He then canceled on route due to mechanical trouble and did not bring the pony to me. He promised a refund of my $65.92 deposit and offered to help me find another shipper, so I went ahead and left him positive feedback. I emailed Mr. Hooper [email address removed] on November 27th, when I had not received my $65.92 refund as promised thru the mail. I then called and spoke with Randy Hooper on 12/3/07 an

Randy was GREAT! I had a family emergency and he was so helpful after picking up my horses. They arrived to me in Better shape than they were in from the buyer! I would definately use Randy's services again. When my life was in a crisis he was very understanding and helpful and took the worry over my new horses of my mind so I could concentrate on my family. Thanks again so much Randy and Laura.

Randy's transporting service was EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!!!! He communicated with me several times answering my questions before I accepted his bid and the communications did not stop until I received my 16+ Hand TWH in perfect condition. He picked-up and delivered on time using excellent clean hauling equipment providing the best of professional care to my horse! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL experience !! Randel stayed in contact with me throughout the entire journey, I always knew where he was. He was concerned about the health and welfare of my colt. The colt arrived in excellent condition.
Not only is Randel a great service provider, he is an HONEST MAN!! My husband and I overpaid him and he turned around and BROUGHT OUR MONEY BACK !! I highly recommend this shipper, and will definitely use him again in the future. A +++++++

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider was delayed on the day he was supposed to arrive because of an vehicle accident. He called me and told me he would have someone pick up the horses the following Sunday. No one showed up and he did not return my calls. I have not heard from him since July 25th, the day he was to pick up my horses.
