While it took much longer than anticipated to receive my horse (4 days from Oklahoma to Eastern North Carolina) the horse arrived in good condition and is doing well. Good economical hauler.

Response from lednar: Daniel was very easy to work his new with horse was a breeze to transport. Our records indicate P/U at 9:33am on the 27th of April and Delivery logged as 4/30 at 7:20am, We do make several stops for water and rest for the horse(s) on board.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Due to some weather related delays, the shipper could not pick up my horse at the time that was needed. The shipper did not have control of this, but I had a small window of time to move the horse. Shipper was very nice about this!

An old horse,long trip, and Springtime in the Rockies means unpredictable weather and road conditions. Randel did a great job of handling my mare, persevering through high winds and snow that closed passes and caused delays. She arrived healthy. He's a horseman, patient and observant, noticing the slightest change in horse's expression. He was great about letting me know his progress and I was always able to reach his cell if I had questions. Trustworthy. I would definitely use them again.

I understand delays, and shipper did everything possible to make it right in the end, but communication was horrible. Most delays I found out about only after I called them. My horse did arrive in great condition, but late. We were told to expect delivery late afternoon or early evening, and she arrived at almost midnight, with no calls until I called to find out where they were. They really are nice people, and if communication was better, this would have been a great experience.

Response from lednar: We were instructed by Doug at the P/u point to communicate with his wife in PA. we also informed Doug that we had other deliverys to make before his horse would be delivered. we spoke with his wife according to our records 5 calles on the day of delivery. the last call was made & 9:55 pm 10 min before delivery . wright after speeking with his wife to get last min. instructions . Doug called to ask where we were. we arrived and helped his wife unload her horse and lots of tack and saddles.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Shipper agreed and bid to pick up a horse in Pa and bring to WI then bring a Pony from WI to Pa. Shipper Picked up PA horse and brought to WI. Then informed me that he would not bring the pony from WI to Pa as outlined in the orinignal agreement.

Response from lednar: Randy was hospitalized prior to this transport that caused delays in pick up dates. We offered a discount on the shipping and even offered to pay for any extra boarding fees if any occured due to us being delayed. We had other horses on board and needed to follow thru on those commitments first. We spoke daily and have phone logs to prove it!! Ronnie/Joyce are not being truthful in stating we did not contact them. Conversations from shippers were rude and demanding we felt the need to cancel.
