damaged 60% of goods agreed that he left boxes in rain and said would partially help compensate and never did very negative expierence

Picked up 81 boxes of nurse and doctor shoes pants and shirts from auction house that where all open and not in close containers. The bid was for open transport on goose neck trailer. Half were in cardbroad boxes that where open. One truck and one car were on trailer. We put as many of the boxes inside the truck and car that would fit. The other boxs were placed in the bed of the truck with a tarp. The other half where in plasit containers. We wire tied the tops shut and placed them on the trail

He forgot to say that we were to get half down at pick up to pay for the fuel but only got half of what he said he would pay at pick up.

The shipment was delivered on time on the last day of the delivery date. However, for over a month the delivery driver would call and say he would be picking up the truck on a certain date and cancel. This happened several times. The driver was not a good communicater nor a friendly person. He had an attitude everytime when we spoke with him and even in an email. He was not friendly when dropping off the truck. He demanded the confirmation # before removing the truck. Not recommending him.

We had one trailer that could haul the food truck. We had to get that trailer freed up so we could use to haul the truck. I did communicate with her all the way. I do not think that you hand somebody a taco without getting paid first. I pay for all my food before I eat it. There was two drivers with this truck and trailer and after all the work to get there we want to get paid. We did change the pick up date a few times.I called as soon as I seen we were not going to make it to reset the date.

Thanks to Ed and Jeff, was able to transport vehicle to remote area in Colorado. Although there were minor delays, always with excellent communication / updates. Vehicle delivered safe and sound. Thanks!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The day the job was booked we there for pick up. We called the pick up location and they said they would not release waiting for ok form bank. Called owner to try and drive away on 7-3-12 to get plates and insurance. Said he would call back but never did and now he wants cancellation.
