Rating: Cancellation Left for: STARXPRESS (20 ) On: 12/20/2007 For: Bedroom needs packing,FS bed,books,clothes,sm TV	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time THey bid and were matched for a pickup on Nov. 25th. I wrote multiple emails to confirm and no reply. Finally called them and they had no truck available for the pickup.

Easy to work with and they go beyond the call of duty. The communication was fantastic, no guessing when a pick up or delivery would occur. Would use again in a heartbeat.
Rating: Cancellation Left for: easymovers3 (70 ) On: 11/26/2007 For: 10-12 mi boxes of clothes & books, 1 fullsize bed,	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period My original bid was for a pick up last weekend. This did not happen. THey have given me dates when no one is available. Very difficult to communicate via email as they do not anser the questions of when they are coming. I need this done with a firm time. Response from easymovers3: customer did put on her bid she would need picked up before 12/02/07.. we have a truck that is going to be there on 11/30/07.. we did talk to customer and she did say she did need it out last weekend.. but we were not able to help her and accept her cancel. she put before 12/02/07 and that is what we were going by when she accepted our bid.. she said she made a mistake putting down 12/02/07 and we understand that.. this cancel had nothing to do with easymovers.. we were there when needed..
