I work for myself and I have been doing transport for a few months now. I started off working for a family owned hauling/transporting company. They helped guide me in the right direction. I started making phone calls, doing research and a whole lot of web surfing looking into what it would take for me to get my own shipping/transporting business started . Once I got everything figured out and ready to roll I then decided to venture out on my own. I now have my own truck and trailer with cargo ins.
