About Me*

I am looking to relocate from Washington, DC back to Wisconsin. I am very flexible on move times, other than it has to be a weekday, and must be in August or late July, in order to arrive in Wisconsin by the 1st week of September. I will not have many (if any) heavy boxes, I just figured this was the best way to do it instead of renting a U-Haul or something similar.

Customer was a pain. Wasn't able to ship on earlier dates, absolutely no place to park until after 6:30pm and you had to be waiting for the spot. DC was a nightmare, I should of not did the move.

I said I would be flexible on dates, so I guess this is the thanks I get. That meant you could tell me 3 days in a row you were coming and NOT ONCE tell me you weren't until I called YOU multiple times. On the 3rd day, you were supposed to come 7am, I was late to work, called you loads of times, obviously panicked you weren't doing my move anymore, and you did not answer until 1:30 in the afternoon! So unprofessional, I should've canceled, but you put me in a corner with 2 days before I moved.

TheMovers, specifically Caleb, did a great job loading and unloading my things and were very efficient in the process. Nothing was damaged either. Communication regarding pick-up was horrible... told 3 days in a row it was happening, and no call to say it wasn't. It interfered with my last few days at work and was incredibly stressful not knowing what was going on. A simple phone call to let me know you can't make it and all would be fine. Caleb did a great job communicating about drop-off.
