Here at Jefferson Family Ranch we provide many services to our customers. Although this is only a few of the many services, we transport livestock, haul RVs, travel trailers, cars and trucks to and from our customers. If we cant get a job done for you, we have many friends and associates that we can put you in contact with to handle your needs. We strive to help, teach and mentor people in all aspects and areas of life on a daily basis. Lawatf1 took $2000 payment from manufacturer and never delivered the trailer. Attempts to contact him were negative and there has been no word from him. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PERSON.

DON'T EVER USE THIS GUY!!!! He picked my trailer up and was supposed to bring it to my house. I couldn't get in touch with him and 1 month later I still didn't have my trailer. When he finally showed up it had different wheels and tires on it. He stole my Alcoa wheels and put some chinese off brand of wheel and tire on it thinking i wouldn't know. It also had been Jack Knifed and did $6,000 worth of damage. He then said he had insurance and gave me a fake claim number. THIEF!!!!

Lamar picked up my trailer from MD on 9th August and said he would deliver within 7 days,i had many problems to pay the 50% deposit as he gave me incorrect bank details and he requested me to pay to a different bank.He wanted the balance 50% before delivery, and this was paid on 25th August,my trailer still has not been delivered as of 7th September, and Lamar will not tell me where my trailer is ,this shipper is dishonest and I have to report him to the police.WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!

Come on now, tell what really happened. I called the police and had my driver arrested for the theft of my 2011 Ford F350.He stole my 70k truck and your 6k RV, I got your RV back, but my truck was stripped, and your upset, WOW. This was all because of a bad employee who was a new hire, not because of my company, but we bear the burden. We offered refund to shipper, but he wanted us to pay him to leave positive feedback, well I guess we all see that that didnt happen. Only 1 to complain, wonder Y

Lamar and his family are great, trustworthy,honest, folks to work with...even though the load had a couple unforseen delays, you could tell they went out of their way and went above and beyond in efforts to make things right and deliver as timely as possible...quick responses and good communication all along, would strongly recommend these folks for any transport you might need. I will use them again in the future and continue to refer them. Truly good people you can feel comfortable with.

Tell the shippers that I offered you a refund, tell them how I tried to make this right. Tell them how you emailed me and that you would leave positive feedback if you got $500 back, tell them that part MR. Lance. I have all positive feedback until this one, all because of an employee who has since been fired and arrested on my part, not your. I had him arrested not you, I fired this guy, not you, dont make yourself look like the victim, I lost a 70k truck, atleast you got you 6k RV, Thanks. lol

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We are willing to do shipment for customer if they still need shipment done.I will personally do this shipment and not have one of my drivers do this shipment. Will pay 20% of cost if customer decides to have another service provider service this shipment, amount cannot exceed our bid total.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This shipper was very proactive in securing the bid acceptance but then once the bid was secured and a time frame for pick up agreed upon, there was spotty communication and many reasons for not being able to pick up the shipment on time. Thank you.

I thank you for understanding my REASONS, as you stated, notice there were no EXCUSES. If the death of my fiance isnt a good enough REASON for not picking up the shipment ontime, then I dont know what would be a good REASON.
