when we did the book it now it was flexible on pick up when we were ready to pick it up they were out of town said it could not be picked up for 4 or 5 days,we told them we coulnt wait and we would be going that way again after we got back thay said ok,well a co workers had truck problems and our plans changed and he ask for a canncelation we acceptted,it was a misfortune that we had to help the co worker and didnt get to ship this

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider had to take on the delivery of another person's shipment because of their vehicle broke down. They were very polite people and would have done their best to get the shipment to me if they could have.
