The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I booked the shipment of my car on uship, and then I spoke to Travis on the phone the same day (Wednesday). Travis said they would pick up my car on Friday, and he would call on Thursday to confirm the time. He did not call on Thursday, so I called him at 7am on Friday. He had no recollection of booking my shipment. He had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. He promised to call me back but did not. I left 4 messages and have heard nothing back 3 days later. Terrible experience.
