I am leaving feedback in the hopes that someone reads this. LAPackPros picked up my furniture on Aug 22nd and I have not heard from them since. I assume they STOLE my furniture! It included some family heirlooms that go back generation. [phone number removed]. At this point, I don't know what else to do.

I've concluded that my mattress set has been STOLEN. It's now almost 2 weeks past the arrival date & I'm unable to contact LA Pack Pros. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. They are a poor excuse for a business. It was difficult to contact them before the pick up & I've never been able to get ahold of them since. I strongly advise you to choose a different shipping company if you would like your items to actually arrive..unlike mine. I'll keep sleeping on my floor for now..Thanks LA

Furniture arrived in great condition. There was some confusion about scheduling but overall everything worked out. The guys were nice and my grandmother appreciated their help loading the furniture. Thank you!
