There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This customer cannot afford to pay us the 50% deposit we require at the time the job is booked. He cannot tell us when he will be able to pay the rest of the deposit, so we have to cancel his job, and book another more stable job into our route. He only sent a $150 paypal payment, which we will returned to him as soon as the cancellation is complete. He denied our other cancelation request, and knows we were the cheapest service provider, but he cannot even pay our deposit. We do not want to ris

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company appears to be very untrustworthy. Can not be reached. I hope other members should see this. my car is not picked up. They lied on numerous occassion.I waited in vain for three days,I called several times but no response nor email..no reply, doesnt answer call.All promises made appeared to be "WATERFALL".I am surprised the kind of service providers that are on USHIP. This company is not reliable and so should be removed from uship list of service providers.WHAT A SHAME!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I want USHIP to know that John and Jeanie Baker are not truthful individuals, they lied to you and mispresented facts about what happened. I will explained in details about this dispute: John and Jeanie Baker requested a deposit of $150 for shipment of my car. I paid them as requested via Paypal.John Baker gave me two shipping dates respectively that never materialized, both dates failed and my car was not shipped. I awaited in vain, not even a single call from him. John kept lying about about t

At first he could only pay $150 on a $350 deposit. Then he could not give us a date he could pay the balance. With the problems we had on our Alaska trip, everyone that could not pay a half deposit we had to cancel on. He denied the cancellation three times! Then, he left a negative which Uship reversed! Our bid details will show we gave a range of dates which have not passed yet. We never refused to give his deposit back. He told paypal we sold him something, and it was not what he wanted.
