Lowell is a very nice guy. Although I overestimated the weight of my shipment, he loaded my artwork onto the truck by himself and helped me carry it up to my apartment. He was also easily accessible by phone. Keep in mind that if you're making a cross-country move, be sure to keep a wide window open for delivery. Overall, a great experience - a trustworthy and economical transportation resource.

This supposed pickup was the WORST experience I have ever had with a shipper.
These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
They were supposed to pickup Wed nite, no call, then at 8pm tonite (thurs)...had to call them after they PROMISED they would call back in 10 min....1.2 hr later, no call..said they would be there about 10pm, coming from NYC...Called them at 11pm said they were still in NYC???
DONT NOT USE THIS SHIPPER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...THEY ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT A F---

Response from lakerats: This pick up is the craziest we ever had to deal with. The table was to be picked up in Syrcuse NY, she was not there after we drove 4 hrs out of our way.Then she wanted us to drive 8 hrs to Boston MA, we gladly told her we would try for next week. We call again and she is not in Boston she is now in New Hampshire, but will be in Hartford Connecticut.At that point we were totally fed up! We can not go chasing her all over NY, NH,CT Bad language, bad person, get a reality check!
