I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
6/15,service provider stated he'd be leaving that wk to ship my dog.I verified all contact info & paid the dep.Didn't hear back so I emailed them to check status on 6/19.I got an email 6/21 stating "I spoke to the sender,told her we had a death in the family & that I apologize for the inconvience of not getting a hold of u we should be leaving out soon."I replied 6/23,"I'm sorry for ur loss.Our deepest condolences.If u can let us know ur plans, that would help out." havent heard back since.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted the bid June 14th and emailed the service provider that day. I tried to call the service provider that day as well but neither phone number given was valid. They were supposed to pick up the items June 21st or 22nd. I received no response until June 21st that simply stated that they would be leaving soon from Texas to California with no other details and no additional contact information. I sent an email reply that day asking a number of questions and have received no response.

Waste of time. I am surprised Uship would allow a shipper with this track record to continue to do business on their site. There is no excuse for this type of service.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I cannot get ahold of them through email, phone numbers listed. I attempted to speak to them for a week and have gotten no response to voicemails and emails that i have left. I'm afraid to ship my stuff with them when i dont know what they are doing and they dont respond.

I was a little concerned when my delivery was a few days late and I had not heard from them. Ultimately my cabinet was delivered in good condition and they even unloaded and carried my cabinet inside (I assume, as a good faith jesture for the late delivery). I would definitely use them again.
