Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
We have made an attempt for P/U on out trip from Chicago to Miami during the set P/U hrs beyond our better judgement for this guy w/o deposit and it was 170 miles out of the way from our route and there was no item for p/u and no answer by phone or door. We left messages and get a call a day later and he was very vulgar and verbally abusive, also (look at his comment and stating a defult reason) he beat us to the computer to try and get his $19 uShip fee back and to blackmail us with F/B in anot
