We have our own plates, insurance, D.O.T. number and provide a personalized shipping experience. Our drivers have clean CDL's and must pass a drug screening as we do our best to ensure that you are provided with a quality driver. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I cannot make contact with service provider. I am trying to have a date to pick up my item and have not answers to my e-mails.

We called the number lisyted on the bid details. the person who answered didn't even know what uship is but said he would try to contact the shipper. gave him our phone number. we never heard anything. we would have been more than happy to complete this job if the shipper had contacted us

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider He did not indicate he was cancelling when I told him I did not pay 50% up front. No one pays me upfront and I agreed to have cash or cashier's check for him when truck arrived. he shuold have stated then that he was cancelling. I now have a customer that is expecting his truck to be picked up Monday and now he won't. Not very nice.

Lenney you accepted a bid wich clearly stated 50 % up front and 50%at the other end .And as far as your customer not getting the truck picked up.CLEARLY YOUR OWN FAULT .next time read bid before acceptance.Dont just assume you can change payment options to suit your needs .I would not send a driver to get a truck that I dont know if we are going to be paid .At that point my driver would still need to get paid the 50 % up front was good faith money enough said .Peter LaFountain

This transport company takes its work seriously. Everything was well taken care of and done in a very professional way from start to finish. Pickup was on time, the truck was driven over 1,500 miles and also delivered on time. The driver kept me updated all throughout the trip. I have had many vehicles transported for me and this has been by far the fastest and smoothest transaction I have had, I highly recommend them. Thank you Peter.
