Ladyl kept good communication during a long haul. Made the right decision to consult with me before moving in -17 conditions. Horses arrived in good shape. Definately needs a new trailer.

LadyL delivered my horse in fine condition and lived up to there times they estimated. They were extremely polite and kept in touch with me while they were on the road, helping me arrange a time to meet them. I would use them again and recommend them.

Contract was for $1000. On arrival she demanded $1100 beyond the $400 deposit. Reason was "extra mileage." Pick up was for IN, but she moved it to MO without notifying me. Previous owner spent 3 days in hotel waiting because LadyL had "truck trouble." I think she waited on delivery of a horse, but can't verify. Mats were requested to cover holes in rusted floor. Her drivers were nice and calves arrived in good condition. She wouldn't return calls unless money was involved. Wouldn't recommend.

Response from ladyl: First off, "I" did not change the pick up location, the previous owners did. Pick up was not in "MO" it was in "NE" per previous owners. They did not stay 3 days in motel, it was only a few hrs and so they stayed an extra "1"night. Mt truck trouble was a stopped up fuel filter. I picked up a horse AFTER I picked up her calves and delivered it in NY AFTER I delivered hers. How can I have rust on the floor of my trailer when they are solid wood with rubber mats in all "3" stalls.Now this woman has

Shipper performed as agreed. Minor injuries to cow and horse. Would use again. Trailer is 28 feet. Can haul 12 large cows. Shipper is honest and reliable.

Horse was picked up on date promised, and delivered on day promised. Driver called in to let me know she got there, picked up, & was on the way. She called inroute as well. Shipment delivered in excellent condition. Driver very professional. Took excellent care of my horse. I would recommend her to anyone. She knows what she's doing and does it professionally, with expert care and concern. I just can't say enough good about her. USE HER-SHE IS GREAT!!! She knows how to follow directions
