We can't say enough about the excellent service Lisa provided! She had a very tough drive with our son's car from San Francisco to Colorado, in harsh condition even including road closures due to the dangerous winter weather. Lisa was positive and communicative the entire way! You wont find a better transporter here on uship. Thanks Lisa it was great to meet you. You will certainly hear from us again :)

After having difficulty finding a traditional shipment for a vehicle, ladychauffeur took care of the cross country shipment with no problems at all. I felt very comfortable with her, and recommend her service. She will be the first one I call the next time I need something like this shipped.

Lisa was great to work with she took my 2011 BMW from RI to CA. It was great we could track her the entire way. The car was in great shape when it arrived on time and the inside was cleaner then when she picked it up.Her co-driver was pleasent as well. One of the comforts that made us choose them was she wasnt on the road alone.I will use her again when I return to RI in the fall. You wont find a better transporter here on uship. Lisa's reviews pretty much speak for themselves, but lets add another glowing review to the mix! If you're looking for an incredibly professional driver who is: flexible, accommodating and courteous, look no further. Lisa took my car from Boston, MA to San Francisco, CA with absolutely no problems, she picked my car up when I needed it to get picked up (instead of giving me bogus pickup-time windows, like other companies) and got it there right on time! Highly recommended, thanks Lisa!! A+++++++

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I went to pick up the car as agreed. The car was listed as a Driveaway. I was told the car would need a jump due to it sitting there. The car was hidden in the back of a business park behind buildings. Both sets of keys to the car were in it, the car had clearly been torn through things were thrown everywhere in the car. We got the car running only to find it had mechanical problems and would not stay running. I called and emailed the customer. I told him we would not be able to move this in its

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am not a broker and we do not require a CDL we do not transport anything requiring a CDL. We are a family business we work closely together Jason (my brother in law) showed up to pick up the trailer that you said you arraigned to have it picked up after hours, stating that there was 24 coverage there and to send you a copy of the drivers license of the person picking up the trailer. We did as you asked, we showed up and no one was there. We sat and waited and no one showed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Lisa is a broker, who was totally professional- right up until her driver failed to pick up. Then I did not hear anything for 4 days. The copy of the driver's license, showed the driver to have an "R" endorsement not a CDL. And the insurance she sent, was misrepresented. NO insurance, and no CDL. She wasted my time...

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services It was never articulated to me that the company I booked was a drive away service. After multiple communications via phone, text, and email it was never brought to my attention that this was a drive away service. I have a car that needs to be transported from Miami, FL to Billings, MT in the winter. This also brings up concerns such as the condiction of the paint and windshield due to rock chips, etc. When I asked about what sort of liability she carries for that type of damage, I got stonewalle
