We do not charge extra deliberately. This unit which was listed running or at least rolling, was doing neither. Despite 2 empty runs, 2 weeks struggle and hiring a folklift to put the car on our truck... Customer refused to pay the extra $150 he agreed to verbally. We worked very hard on this shipment. At the end everybody was happy.

I submitted my bid this morning and received confirmation from Uship. Although I have tried several times to contact the company Kawsara and 4 of their departments from customer service, booking, accounting to dispatch and am left in voice mail every time. throughout today no one has answered. No response from email either.

Our office was closed. A feedback is left at the end of a transaction not as you please. We promised to deliver the vehicle on saturday and it was done. We will appreciate a review of this rating. Thanks for the business but no thanks for the rating.
