A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Rachel booked this shipment to be picked up after March 3rd. She changed her mind and then wanted the couch picked up around Feb 13th. We were in constant contact, which I can provide proof. I told her I could get the couch to her later this week, but that was not soon enough for her, and she re-listed the couch, telling me that she wanted the couch asap, sooner than I could bring it to her.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have called and emailed shipper. I got ahold of them the first time but haven't heard anything in 11 days.
Response from KLCM:
Rachel and I were in constant contact, which I have proof. She decided she wanted the couch picked up on the 13-15 of Feb. not the dates contracted for, which was the first week of Mar. I told her I could pick it up later this week but it was not soon enough for her and she re-listed, which makes no sense to me, but that is her option. I would still transport for her. She seems like a very nice person, except for saying we had not been in contact for 11 days. Good luck
