Worked with Anna to schedule the pick up. Customer service was very good. Very prompt answers if I could not get to them and leave messages on their voicemail. Price was perfect for a 3200 mile trip (1/2 to 2/3 of other bids). Driver was great also and told me 12 hours before he arrived at my location. Was easy to communicate to when he was in the area and he left my car right in front of my house. Highly recommended for someone who is transporting cars from Coast to Coast.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Transport company was unable to provide own truck on initial contact. Was doing a good job brokering the transaction however I was not originally looking for a brokerage transaction as I already had the vehicle placed with a broker. Original broker was able to fulfill thier contractual obligation on the vehicle pickup. All parties were informed.

The communication was good and the car got their earlier than expected. My son was pleased and with the car getting there earlier he was able to meet a deadline and get the job he wanted! Thank you for the effort and car arrived just as it left. No issues at all.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The provider was not able to ship my $20,000 in the container that it is crated in. It would need to be shipped in the open exposed to possible damage from a cover. My Harley Davidson Road King needs to be shipped in a enclosed trailer on a pallet. Kwiktransport is unable to provide that. Thank you.

Yep, the shipping company said it has to be transported in manufactury packaging, that's what the customer wanted. So we agreed on canceling. Better be safe then sorry:) Good luck!

We gave the load to another company for just $50 fee. The driver was supposed to pick up Monday or Tuesday estimated time, but shippper changed their mind, and cancelled. I don't agree with the comment.

The customer prefers to do what the shipper recommends. Which means that the load has to be cancelled. Thank you for your help.
