The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
The shipper kuumbamia advertised the Saturn for a 3rd party. Unknown to kuumbamia and myself, the 3rd party had decided to drive the vehicle to it's destination. This information was of course discovered after accepting the transport at the, "Book It Now," price. The 3rd party would not respond to my phone calls. However, kuumbamia was very helpful and responsive to my phone calls, and was able to contact the 3rd party to find out the vehicle was no longer needing to be shipped.
