A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
We don't have office staff so there's not always someone to answer the phone and since Matt was driving and I had business to take care of I didn't read any of his emails during the day. The understanding we had was that Matt was supposed to call on tuesday and let him know if we were going to get this moved this week but Kurt decided today that he needed to know today instead of on tuesday. I understand that he needs to take care of his customers and this is just business.
