Communication was poor, not much advance notice as to when the items would be picked up or delivered. Late night delivery, but I wanted it here cheap and I got it cheap.

I would of liked a little better communication with the movers, they did not have cell phones. Movers showed up on the day they said they would (a few hours late) and delivered on time. The movers themselves where great to work with.

Very nice crew, piano arrived in perfect condition. Only 1 hickup, the trucking company accepts cash only which wasn't disclosed to me until day the shipment was to arrive. I would use them again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved HELLO WE ARRIVED AT 630 ON THE 20TH HIS EMAIL SAID SHE WAS A SCHOOL PRINICAL AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PICK UP AFTER SCHOOL HOURS.WE TALKED TO PRINICAL AND TOLD HER WE WOULD WAIT TILL 8PM SHE WAS ON HER WAY AND I TOLD JERRERY IF SHE NOT THERE BY 8 THAT THERE WOULD BE A $60 WAITING FEE.THATS HOUR AND HALF FREE.SO HE JUST SAID HE WAS GOING TO CANCEL BECAUSE WE WAS A DAY EARLY. WE CAME ALL WAY FROM TEXAS AND HE WAS SCARED HE MIGHT GET CHARGE FOR WAIT AFTER 8PM.WE WAS THERE WE would have waited 1 1/2

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time WE CALLED HER TO TELL HER WE WOULD BE THERE ABOUT 6 O'CLOCK SEE SAID OH IM NOT READY AND MY STORAGE CLOSES AT 6PM. WE SAID WE WILL BE AT STORAGE 8 AM NEXT DAY SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T GET OFF WORK AND REALLY WE WAS NOT 2 BE THERE TILL 9TH. I SAID NO MAM SHE ACCEPT BID FOR THIS WEEKEND WE WAS ON OUR WAY TO GEORGIA SO I DROP MY BID BY 100.00 JUST 2 GET HER SHIPMENT. CUSTOMER WAS NOT READY WE WAS THERE WHEN WE SAID WE WOULD BE THERE!!!!!!!!! THANKS RICK FUN WE PICK ALL OTHERS UP. LOL???
